Justin Schuback, Man arrested for the death of Robert Baron

According to our partners at Eyewitness News WBRE WYOU, Lackawanna County District Attorney Mark Powell announced that Robert Baron Sr.’s alleged murder was a result of a “robbery gone wrong.” Justin Schuback was arrested as a suspect and his home was searched by police. The arrest came after a long wait for the Baron family, who had reported the 58-year-old businessman missing in January 2017. The body of Baron was never found until recently, when it was discovered during a search in Lackawanna County. Schuback, a friend of Baron’s son, has been named as a suspect due to DNA evidence found in his car. Powell praised the work of forensic investigators and autopsy dogs provided by the New York State Police in the search for Baron’s remains.
