Gary F. Storkamp, a lifelong resident of the St. Cloud area, passed away on August 24, 2020, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Sauk Rapids. He was born on March 31, 1952, to Milton and Ada (Reichel) Storkamp. Gary was previously married to Karen Bacca, but they later divorced. Throughout his life, he worked in various fields such as retail and restaurant signage, and retired as a dump truck driver for Marson in 2017. In his free time, he enjoyed traveling, camping with his family, watching movies, repairing cars, and collecting kites.

At Gary’s request, there will be no church services. The arrangements have been entrusted to the William Steenman Family Funeral Home in Sartell. Gary is survived by his children Rhiannon of Minneapolis, Kara (Brian Gedatus) of Sartell, and Gary (Alicia) of St. Paul. He is also survived by his siblings Jean Chastain of Waycross, GA, Kathy (Roger) Bloomquist, John, and Mark, all of St. Cloud. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Marilyn Menzueber. Gary was known for his humble nature, mechanical aptitude, and intelligence as a craftsman.
