Since childhood, I have held an affinity for it. Ever since elementary school, he has been “studying” the market and is eager to assist friends and family in discovering their ideal home, even before starting his own career. Growing up in the Athens region, he attended Madison County High School and Clemson University, where he majored in business administration and was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity.

After leaving Clemson, he landed a coveted administrative assistant position with one of Atlanta’s premier realtors during the real estate crisis. As a Real Estate Director, he collaborates with agents who close more than 200 properties annually, and in this capacity, he has gained extensive experience and knowledge in real estate listings and sales. Following a year as an associate, he began operating as an independent agent, concentrating on the Atlanta metropolitan market, and selling a range of properties from residences to dream homes.

Chance is thrilled to come back to Athens and pursue his real estate career with Upchurch Realty. With numerous friends and family members residing in various Athens neighborhoods, he understands the diversity and distinctiveness that distinguish each area. His top priority is to make the buying and selling process as straightforward as possible.
