According to Junior De Rocker, rapper Costa Titch passed away after suffering a seizure and collapsing on stage during Ultra.
Costa Titch started his entertainment career as a dancer, but later transitioned into becoming a popular rapper among South African music enthusiasts. He gained recognition for his hit songs “Nkalakatha” and “Phezulu” featuring rap diva Boity, as well as his impressive music videos that showcased his skills in both dancing and rapping.
While not much is known about Costa Titch’s family, he often credited his mother for inspiring his passion for music and advising him on the importance of choosing the right friends. Fans have also been curious about Costa Titch’s ethnicity and native language, with the rapper being referred to as “the white guy rapping in isiZulu.” In an interview, he revealed his love for South African languages and his decision to make hip-hop music in Zulu instead of English.
Despite starting as a hobby, Costa Titch’s passion for dancing led him to pursue it professionally and eventually move to Johannesburg in 2014. He joined the New Age Steez Dance Crew and achieved international recognition by finishing 14th at the Hip Hop International Dance Competition.
