Palmer contends that this incident is part of a recurring pattern, asserting that Jackson has subjected her to abuse over a two-year period. The court documents cite another recorded incident from February 13, 2022, where Jackson purportedly body-slammed Palmer onto stairs by her neck, as captured by home security footage.
The legal filings outline a series of violent episodes, including Jackson striking and grabbing Palmer by the neck, damaging personal property, throwing belongings into the street, preventing her from leaving, and issuing threats. Palmer also alleges emotional abuse, harassment, and verbal abuse directed at her, all witnessed by their son.
The most recent altercation unfolded when Jackson visited Palmer’s home to take Leodis to a football game, but the child was not present. Following a verbal dispute, Palmer claims Jackson attacked her, stole her phone, and fled the house, all captured on her home security camera.
In response to Jackson’s counterclaims, Palmer recounts an incident around April 21, 2022, when they dined at a restaurant in Santa Barbara. Jackson reportedly became upset, accusing her of flirting with another woman, resulting in an early departure from the establishment.
